No one else can hear the baby cry faster than you and wakes up to check what happened. You are the only one that is so sensitive to your baby's cries and needs.
No one else can help you breastfeed your baby except you! And it certainly doesn't help if each nursing session takes more than one hour. To make things worse, baby refused to nurse on certain sides and cries loudly in the night disturbing others, especially the hubby. That causes you to feel guilty and frustrated and wanted to give in to bottle feeding.
No one else understands the emotional ups and downs you have regarding breastfeeding (except mothers who breastfeed).
No one else understands why you insist in nursing even when you are very tired and your nipples are sore.
No one. Just you. Alone. All for the precious one that God has blessed you with.
